I really wanted to love this place, smh. We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and found the restaurant completely empty. When we walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged us. My boyfriend ordered an Italian sub combo, and I ordered the chicken Alfredo after the cashier recommended it. The menu displayed one price for the Alfredo, but it rang up approximately $5 higher at checkout. We were not informed of the difference before ordering. When I asked about it, we were told the menu display was being updated. Customers should be informed of pricing discrepancies before placing an order. Posted prices should also be kept accurate so customers can make informed decisions. We spent $33 on lunch, but the lack of acknowledgment when we entered, the unexpected price difference, and the overall experience left us dissatisfied. Basic hospitality and clear pricing are important, especially for a business trying to attract and retain customers. Based on this visit, we are unlikely to return or recommend the restaurant.

I like Big Sergio's Pizza a lot. But there are things I don't like. The employees are clearly not always engaged, the place is dingy, communication is lacking. This evening the pizza was great. But the listed price and charged price on the drink was way off ($1.39 versus $1.99), there was a minimal carbonation in the Dr. Pepper, the ladies room was about 100 degrees and had no TP or paper towels, and many tables were dirty. The customer definitely isn't number one there. A couple years ago it was better.

Sergio’s has great pizza but I LOVE their Stromboli. Typically I find a lot of Stromboli to be too greasy or too dry but what I had from here today surpassed my expectations to say the least. REALLY good. My younger sister is extremely picky even about things like pizza! But she ate 2 whole slices! Other than the food, staff and service were very hospitable and polite. I used to work in food service and I understand it can be frustrating at times when things get chaotic and busy but these employees handled the rush with nothing but urgency and kindness. Great experience, great place!

I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I was while visiting this restaurant. The African American fellow (as I dont have his name) working the front was not accommodating in the least. A simple request was met with complete refusal. Good customer service is difficult to find these days and Sergios pizza is no exception. I do not recommend eating here if you want a courteous hassle free dining experience.

Ordered steak mushroom onion stromboli cause my teenager don't like ricotta on calzone, also ordered turkey sub- turkey sub burnt n roll was like croutons so hard and we didn't ask for it toasted, and got home to Lillington- cut into stromboli only to find it burnt black on bottom n with inside not cooked n doughy n not cooked hard onions also it had ricotta in it, so couldnt eat either one. Usually very good place to get takeout, hopefully whoever working grill learns not burn everything..pics attached.
